At the national meeting of The Association for Research in Otolaryngology in January 2020 in San Jose, California top researcher from around the globe gathered to learn about cutting edge research in the field. Dr Bekale was featured where he presented his work involving a novel nanoparticle adjuvant to rescue fluoroquinolone resistance in chronic suppurative otitis media. Dr Xia presented her work showing how sensory hearing is effected with a chronic middle ear infection.
