Dr. Santa Maria presents on chronic suppurative media as a surgical disease at Michigan University

This week Dr Santa Maria was guest lecturer at Michigan University’s 162nd Temporal Bone Course and Grand Rounds on November 4-8, 2019 where he presented research about why chronic suppurative otitis media is still a surgical disease and the lab’s potential new therapeutics in this area. His Grand Round presentation was on the Design Thinking process in therapeutic development and his lab’s journey to develop a regenerative treatment for the tympanic membrane.
